Our orders are confirmed via Call/Whatsapp before packaging and dispatch. If the customer’s phone number/Whatsapp or given email address are unreachable and no confirmation is received within 3 days, the order will stand cancelled.
Claims for return must be made within 24 hours of product receipt. Returns must meet our below mentioned criteria as well.
Defective Products Returns
- The product is defective or stained.
- Wrong product delivered.
- We will ship the alternate product to you without any extra product or shipping cost. In case, alternate product is not available, we will refund you the order cost.
- Minor difference in sizes of various products might be there, since these are handcrafted products and do not go through a standardized production line. Such differences will not be considered as valid reason for return.
- Due to differences in screen settings across devices as well as photographic lighting sources, actual colors of the product might not be exactly same (slightly vary) compared to how they are visible on your screen. Such differences will not be considered as a ‘Defect’.
- There are no returns for change of mind, however an exchange is possible.
- The product(s) must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- The product(s) must be in the original packaging that we sent it you in.
Procedure for Returns
- Contact us via Call or WhatsApp to detail the reason for requesting a refund and send us photos of the defect.
- Upon confirmation of the acceptance, place it in the original packaging and courier it to the address provided to you by our staff. Please note that as mentioned above, you will have to bear the return shipping costs.
- Upon receipt of product back at our warehouse and due inspection and approval, payment will be transferred to you via Easypaisa/Jazzcash or online to your bank account as per mutual agreement.
